Hotfixed a patch that was causing errors on game load, if you don't own Ideology or Royalty.

- Added a C# function to allow patching of equipment to have a race-specific texture redirect when worn. This allows any
equipable item to have a race-specific texture. This will redirect the worn texture graphic only when being worn by the
specified race.

- Used the new C# function mentioned above to redirect worn graphics for a wide variety of vanilla, DLC, and modded headwar when worn by a minotaur, so they no longer look weird with the muzzles sticking out underneath them.

Minotaur body changes:
- Minotaurs now spawn with tongues. These can be removed to take away a minotaur's ability to speak, as with regular human pawns.
- Minotaur hooves have been altered. They now have two toes per foot, with a higher overall health, as opposed to having no toes and being destroyed immediately if hit.
- Minotaur horns now display graphically when damaged while viewed from a north/south direction. Certain issues have arisen when viewed from east/west. A few horns will display these damages, but not all. (I aim to fix this entirely for the next update, if possible.

Other changes:
- Minotaurs can now spawn with tattoos. Minotaurs share their body tattoos with human pawns. Head tattoos are pulled from their own list of modified copies, to fit over their muzzles properly.
- Defines for minotaur beards have been written. These are currently unused by the mod, due to issues with making beard textures fit over the minotaur's muzzle.

Minotaurs now spawn in pirate assaults.

Added Support for Vanilla Factions Expanded Medieval, Settlers, and Vikings. Minotaur player factions for those mod cultures have been included. Additional factions for each mod have been included. Will not affect base mod without Vanilla Factions Expanded modules active.
