-Fixed electrical connections that were missing from generator.
-Added the electrical charge part back in and properly connected it.

Using my new understanding of nuclear power in SW, the SMR-400 has been uprated to the SMR2350, now producing a sustained 2000KW, with a peak of 2350KW.
