Dark Templar Sword & Shield v1.0.1

Adjusted rarity of the shield to match the sword. Adjusted the Shield Immunity value back to the template default 0.6 to see if that improves blocking performance (If that doesn't work, then I doubt this value actually does anything so don't worry about it).

All known issues from v1.0.0 still apply. Make sure to read those.

Dark Templar Sword & Shield v1.0.0

Initial public release.

Known Issues:

1. Some of the elemental effects are wonky. Lightning and fire work fine, but poison and cold have a weird aura. I have no idea what's causing it, maybe there's something different between the effect objects/scripts/whatever that aren't visible with the current mod tools? I don't know. If it bothers you (like it does me), only use the ones with no effect, fire or lightning. I'll fix it later if I can discover the issue.

2. The shield defense value in-game seems to be capped a value lower than what I set in the item properties and blocking doesn't seem to do much. I think it has to do with a bug in the template item that may have been fixed for the vanilla in-game items. Again, I'll fix it and post an update later if I can discover the issue.

HOW TO GET THE SHIELD IS DESCRIBED JUST BELOW.

3. The shield does not seem to appear in the vendor tables or (as far as I can tell) drop anywhere from mobs. I'm pretty sure it's another issue with the template prefab the devs gave us to use in the released mod tools. If you are having trouble making the shield appear, I found a workaround that can be used:

Load your game. Equip any shield, preferably a cheap one, that you don't mind losing. Save your game and exit. Open the SWPT save game editor available from Github at https://github.com/CrystalFerrai/SwptEditor/releases. Open your save, go to your Player tab. Page down until you find the object number for Shield on your character. Copy it. Then go to the items tab and search for that number. Go to the name field of that item #, which should be for your shield. Change the name to "Dark Templar Shield" save changes, then close. When you load your save, the cheap shield you had in that slot should have magically changed to my new shield.
