Hi, i have 6 characters, 16, 19, 23 and 30 lv, sword is goood but shield have error, no refresh of shops, no loot.

Yes, the sword will show up in the store when you are in it's level range (Level 15 item, level 10 required) and the change notes are the 4th tab over (Description - Discussion - Comments - Change Notes) right above the picture on the workshop mod page, just to the right of the comments tab.

So the sword, does it show up in the shop, I don't see a link to the v1.0.0 change notes link anywhere..

Read the v1.0.0 change notes. Toward the bottom it describes the workaround for getting the shield. I wish it were simpler, but I am limited by the dev tools that were released and couldn't find a better way to make it work.
