1. Optimised the set-up
- Resources can now be map generated, which solves the resource on floodplains issue
- Removed some useless options

- Change up some tiles so that you can build the Golden Gate Bridge across the Straits of Gibraltar, Bosporus or Bab-el-Mandeb.
- A Panama Canal connecting the Black Sea and the Arctic is also possible at more locations.
- Added a snow hill so that the Amundsen-Scott Research Station can be built.

Converted from a Civ 5 map to Civ 6 map using Gedemon's YnAMP and Zobtzler's YnABMC.

Updated for Civ 6: Gathering Storm (TSL civs, city states, resources, natural wonders, coastal lowlands)
