Added a few new General Units (Druid Bodyguard, Berserker Bodyguard) changed a few requirements to obtain some General Units, and increased recruitment time for stronger General Units

Added new units with the following General type, General, Vice General and Elite. Most of these units can either be build when a Level 4 or 5 City Building has been build, Centurion requires an academy level 1, and for Barbarians it either requires a Level 3 City Building or a Level 2 Blacksmith.. Removed the Assassin unit.

The German Faction now has "Frisian Jousters" (Armoured Cavalry) as a Vice General Unit, this replaces the "Barbarian Chieftain" Vice General (Chariot) unit

Mounted archers (elephants, horses, chariots) now have 20 less range, so foot archers have a slight edge over mounted archers.

Screeching woman now don't do pierce damage when fighting in melee combat (this nerfes them a little), but added throwing projectile range.. Fixed some German Unit's statistics
