Renamed and remodeled some of the worse looking EMLs, added the ReVOLT short-range plasma cannon and the Snapper Coilgun.
Rebalanced the old Purgatorio (now "Mitsurugi") shells to have half the hitbox size, while also buffing the Donnerkanone to have 1.5x hitbox (as well as increasing its payload/avionics from 60/10 > 80/10).
