removed the ai weighting and replaced it with use of the fewmonreq command. if 20 or more garrison units are in a square no more can be summoned

ported back in the stationary commander anti-ai suicide feature from the coe4 mod. fixed the goblin king start for all thats worth

markgraf vampire rituals fixed by taking away his garrison privileges. stationary defenders fixed for barbarian, druid, and troll king. told the AI to use the garrison rituals less overall
