Fix loc descriptions, changed landmark category icon, added -1 speed and -1 horde growth to fortress, changed fortress construction to 7 turns, 40,000 favour. added a few listeners for visibility and to re-apply the fortress impending doom bundle when a different faction takes over a region before the building is compeleted.
