Added an event that checks if the country has the sisterhood reform and a male ruler. If both conditions are true the ruler is replaced according to the generals_as_rulers mechanic.
This fixes the bug where your released vassals would embrace the reform but keep their original male ruler.
Mean time to happen is 2 months.
