-Additional tweaks to fatigue accumulation values.

-Slightly lengthened the battles by further tweaking the melee to-hit modifiers.
-Adjusted fatigue thresholds to be more uniform and increased fatigue accumulated from melee and ranged combat (intent is to make this early form of warfare more exhausting, more raw, and less disciplined than, say, Roman times (the iron age)).

Version 3.I

-Made further changes and tweaks and enhancements to fatigue effects and terrain mobility.

Version 2

-Adjusted the fatigue effects so that fatigue has more impact on the battle (speed, defense, attack, charge, rate of fire reductions).
-Adjusted the fatigue so that fatigue can recover about 33% faster when standing idle (since fatigue effects are more severe).
