Fixed the reactor not sucking oxygen away since the update, slightly changed rear ballast airlock

Improved general layout for better bot pathfinding: changed door logic for airlock and ballast entrance to basic airlock toggle; increased the size of the small ballast, removing part of the bilge; removed one pump in the airlock. NOTE: preview images not updated yet.
