Quick hotfix update to include Scandinavia (SCA) in that list as well.

So the latest update adds Byzantium, Scandinavia and the Hansa to the list of colonial founders.

Small update to include Byzantine and Hanseatic tags (BYZ/HSA) for Colonial Nations. Any others I've missed please give me a shout!

Hotfix: quick update for typo in localisation for Cascadian colonies.
