Fixed Dark Leather Shirt not being usable (again)

Rebalanced spawns all around (now they should be a bit less common especially in starting areas)
Added a secret base with the Prince. The Prince is located in a small peninsula south-west of Vain.
Once you take him out or capture him the General will appear to raid your base
