Major Diplomacy Overhaul
- slight decrease in AI confederation
- AI treats player more believably (no more unrealistic war declarations)
- AI is trying to expand and grow faster
- AI will much more likely go to war with other AI factions
- AI behavior is dynamic (every game should feel somewhat different)
- Minor AI factions can compete with major AI factions (e.g. Athens at #2 at turn 20)
- AI is more aware of diplomatic actions across rounds and territories
- AI is less likely to accept peace shortly after war (unless being hugely disadvantaged)

Spy Network
- fixed a bug for which north and south indicators were swapped

Updated Spoils of War mechanic
- fixed some calculation issue that moved less resources than intended between winner and looser of a battle
- added event messages that somewhat detail the percentage of resources that have been claimed by the winner
-- "meagre" < 25% of enemy faction wealth
-- "significant" < 75% of enemy faction wealth
-- "most" > 75% of enemy faction wealth

Added Spoils of War mechanic
- drains additional resources from factions that lost a battle
- the amount of drained resources is based on
1. stored resource pool (per individual resource)
2. relative significance of the defeated army
- garrison armies / settlements count weight double
- redistributes resources and therefore keeps mined/farmed resources in-game (post battle loot and similar mechanics are now count as bonuses on top of existing economy)
