StrategAI module
- defensive alliances due to major threats are now also possible if factions at war with non-major threat factions
(should result in more defensive alliances between minor factions)
- allies of major (playable) factions will now gain personality traits from the major allied faction
(alliances to major factions will support their goals in the Trojan war)

Add UI Elements to visualize some of the major Agony mechanics
- new gold sack icon above settlement and next to army banner will detail it's value and the spoils of war that can be gained by it being defeated
- new Agony panel on top left has indicators for current Agony level, Agony change and others (partly still work in progress)

Spoils of War
- fixed an issue that prevented Spoils of War to trigger in some rare cases
