Naygel s Multiplayer Bot Changes

- Improved AI purchase logic
- Less reliance on B1 spam during early-mid game
- More emphasis on B2, Crab, LR57, and DSD1 use during early-mid game
- AI Vehicles can now be spawned by 4-6 minutes
- More unit variation
- AI uses more grenadiers and AT infantry
- Mid-Late game utilizes heavy vehicles more
- Promoted more extensive use of artillery platforms
- Tested without crashes (not guaranteed if the submod is only partially implemented)
- More balanced map control between REP and CIS during early game
- Not as much spamming, so expect better performance for low-end systems

Multiplayer
-ut-at cost increase 400 -> 425.
-gat cost reduced 260 -> 250.
-at-xt cost increased 200 ->240
-added jet b1, saper b1, falchion tank to multiplayer.
-replaced infantry specialised with p2 clones instead. (now have p1 and p2 all in their own tab)
-vanilla balance style: nearly everything available at start. (major timer overhaul.)
-all infantry, dedicated artillery and assault/special droids cost doubled.
-supertank cost buffed to 1700mp.
-added hmp and laat to multiplayer.
-new icon for laat, hmp, clone officer, b1 jet trooper and b1 sapper.

Vehicles:==============================================
-swamp speeder pilote can now control one turret.
-hmp and LAAT same health. set at 10000.
-at-xt vision changed to high instead of medium.
-gat and tx-130 main guns have a greater vertical angle to better aim at laat and hmp.

infantry/droid:========================================
-big revamp of the current infantry stats setting:
=> most p1 clone -> mk1. most p2 clone -> mk2. special p2 clones (501, special heavy gun squad, etc) -> mk3. tho units with unique class like sturmovik and shadow clones still use their own special stats class.
=> most b1 droids -> mk1. all sergeant, officer, etc b1 droid -> mk2. guard b1 -> mk3. the rest with unique class like bx or ig100 left untouched.
(this list is not exhaustive. its just to get an overall idea of the changes.)

-buff commando shield hp to 6000. (was 1000)
-buff droidekas shield to 14000. (was 10000)
-clone sturmovik hp buff to 1000%. (was 800%)
-all clones speed nerf to human level. (regular clone speed set to 1. and buffed better clones according to this)(wookies still run super fast ^^)
-droid bx speed nerfed to 1.1
-buffed mk2 clones hp 300% -> 450%.
-nerfed mk1 clones hp 250% -> 200%.
-buffed clones mk3 and stealth clones hp 400% -> 500%.
-nerfed b1 mk1&2 hp. mk1 -> now 250% hp mk2 -> now 450% hp.

Equipment:==============================================

-changed grenades repartition of most infantry units.
-commando, like shadow clones, have now proton charges.
-cleaned up sandbag repartition so only sergeants from regular clone squads have 2 sandbag.
=> only guard b1 leader have 2 sandbag. other regular b1 sergeant has no sandbag.
-hmg clone team get sandbags.
-engineers get repair kit, more mines but no barbewire.
-shadow clone get one additional proton charge.
-removed proton charge from units that shouldn't have one like b1 guard leader.
-increased b3 number of missile to 20. (was 14)
-added one repair kit to all vehicle with crew that didn't had one.
-command droid pistol ammo buff 80 -> 300.
-saper droid get 3 sandbags each.
-made sure all units using smoke grenade use the vanilla one as the starwars verion is buged.

Weapons:================================================

-swamp speeder weapon range nerf 140 -> 120
-swamp speeder blaster magazine doubled
-proton charge blastwave doulbed. (50 -> 100) (damage greatly increased!!)
-iem detonator explode sooner. (4s fuse)
-hailfire rocket damage buff cumulative damage 260 -> 280 and missile fire speed doubled.
-hmp missile blastwave buff 15 -> 17
-dc 21 weapon healthdamage buff 400 -> 500.
-aat missile tube fire speed doubled.
-buffed all infantry rocket launcher to 90, 100 or 110 range. (depending on previous range.)
-hag-M spread reduced 15 -> 10.
-aat 20mm blaster canon magazine doubled.
-juggernaut-a6 missile rate of fire doubled and max range increased 100 -> 120.
-at-xt mortar weapon spread halved. atxt canon spread -1 and fire speed halved.
-buffed range of sniper rifle to 120. (was 110 or even 100 for some)
-set new health damage for all other vehicles/droids used weapons which follow this schema:
20mm => 500 healthdamage
30mm => 1000 ..
40mm => 1500 ..
50mm => 2000 .. 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000,
100mm => 4500 .. 5000,
120mm => 5500 .. 6000, 6500,
150mm => 7000
etc...
-buffed at-te and at-ap main cannon blastwave. 22 -> 25. 25 -> 30.
-buffed hag-m cannon blastwave. 25 -> 30.
-all infantry sniper weapons set to 1000 healthdamage.

Bug fix:=================================================

-mini fix for hmp and LAAT which would take too much damage in some circumstances.
-deleted remnant of "vision_lev05" props and similar props.
-fixed ig100 sniper having a rocket launcher.
-at-ap was missing a crew member.
-og9 set to "vision_vehicle_maximum"
-MTT set to "vision_vehicle_maximum"
-spha-t set to "vision_vehicle_maximum"
-fixed 30mm grenade not targeting infantry.
-proton charge will now explode after being thrown away. (7s fuse)
-fixed flame effect to incendiary detonator. (added required code)
-AT-AP no longer have super speed rotating turret.
-mortar and hmg emplacement set to "vision_cannon_minimum"
-fixed B3 firing only one missile the first time it shoot.
