-Added danger detection and danger detected VO.
-Some fixed.
-Reset button in convar menu.
-Some VO updates for friendly SNPCs.
-Dodge code updated.
-Fixed SNPC manhack system.
-Civil protection units should be able to dodge now. (It's pretty scuffed)
-Fixed helmetless combine materials conflicting with some materials from my other combine SNPC pack.
-Fixed convar confliction.
-All Combine and Conscripts alert dialogue change when encountering VJ Creature SNPCs.
-Some misc changes.
-StartUpHoldAnims changed for Conscripts.
-Added new VO for Conscripts.

-Some particle trails added to the cloaked elites.
-Fixed a bug that flew everyone's heads which involves the stunstick making the players screen shake when it was an NPC being hit with the metropolice stunstick. Now the players screen will only shake when they're hit with the stunstick and now their screen will go all white for a couple seconds.

-Fixed Concept soldier not having an animation when throwing a grenade.

-Fixed grenade throw animation not working for Blastwave combine.
-Updated gibbing for all SNPCs.
-Added 2002 Rebel.
-Friendly SNPCs now move out of players way and can turn against the player if too much friendly fire happens.
-General changes to the Conscripts.
-Changed VO for conscripts.
-Conscripts can use default VJ Base M4A1, and Ak47.
-Fixed Conscripts being hostile towards rebel forces.
-Added VO for conscripts for following the player, becoming enemy to the player and moving out of the players way.
-Decreased auto shotguns ammo cap from 10 to 8.
-Some other misc changes.

-Added dodging.
-Added more voice lines!
-All metro police units have a chance to spawn with the chance of having a manhack. (1 - 3 chance to be precise.)
-SNPCs now shouldn't reset if enemies are out of sight for too long.
-SNPCs now take more time before charging.
-Extended firing range.
-Added radio on and off sounds for speech.
-Fixes and small tweaks.
-Changes to hitgroup flinching.
