Radiant Unique Recruits New Stats

After several playthrough, I updated some of the stats to make more agreable games (not necessarily easier).

- Burn has gain an even strong profiency in robotics. Making him the Ace for crafting your future prosthetics.

- Jewel profiency in armour crafting has been buffed, your way to the lvl 90+ is very very long to reach. It's was a bit weak for a renowned master armourer who don't have the capacity to craft high quality (with my new lore).

- Sadneil profiency in crossbow crafting has been buffed with the same reasons, main one is ... it's damn long to reach the chance to craft masterwork/specialist (100+hr minimum without experience mods).

- Espher has been buffed in multiples traits, it's hard to grab that guy, wasn't so rewarding and didn't have a strong reason for a recruitment. Now is a strong engineer (fun lore will follow accordingly).

- Luquin has been buffed on several traits. I heard about people complaining about how shitty he was for a legend. Well, I have to agree, he is too weak for the shoes he is in, for the most feared enemy of the Emperor. He will still be weaker than Yamdu or Bo, but you now don't have a reason to let him rot over there.

- Agnu Labouring skill has been raised to fit his new lore.

- Soman robotics skill has been slightly raised to fit her new lore.

RUKA CHANGES

Someone noticed me about the fact Ruka despise those who stay behind "barrels of a crossbow" which is displayed in the game when she talks to Headshot. So she can't possibly be a crossbow fan anymore, i had never seen this line since i never play with Headshot. So i moved her into a close combat specialist, thing she was already in vanilla. One more skilled with hackers. I will also surely need to change her upcoming lore for my dialogue mod. I could have make her a crossbow specialist but i fear there are few others lines hidden in some conversations who would oppose that.

ELLS CHANGES

Ells who is already a thief and a Shek that don't seem to follow the code of honor, will now become the turret/crossbow enthusiast lost with Ruka modifications in a stats point of view. Thanks to that addition he now has an appealing overall stats table ... If that's too much for him, either i will nerf him later, either he will be way way harder to obtain thanks to my dialogue mod.

Some few starting weapons further and neater modification

Weapons on hips or back for each unique recruit preference/mood.
Kang was left with a polearm (was a testing one), is now back to fragment axe ofc !

1.0 Fixed Version

Fixes (definitely let's hope) the cases where Unique recruits can't be targetable for conversation/recruitment because of too high Attributes/Combat skills.

80+ tested game starts on each Unique recruits with sensibles stats, took me quite a while ! 12 issues were found and fixed. None should remain, Keep an eye and inform me if you find a case (but i really think it should be fine now).

Stats have been modified one more time to fit the limitating hardcode which triggers this shitty and idiotic thing.
