Changed minimal throttle values.
Added clamp to engines PID to prevent temporarily shutdown when reducing throttle.

Simple radio.
Push to talk (4 hotkey in seat).
Auto alt hold when stab active (remembers the last alt from activating stab or when pitch controls ~0).

Updated dashboard, added camera and identifier screens.
Pylon systems with launch missiles, detach items, use refueling pods.
Engine damage indirator - when getting shot to engines - alarm.
Low fuel alarm.
Map screen with zoom. My lua logic sucks.
Rope anchors in cargo bay.
Better NAV lights.
Some decorative painting.
