Changed Enemy Detection Logic to be more intuitive, now it detects enemies in a Cone instead of using a HullBox.

Removed Water Limitations and Vehicle Restrictions for a better gameplay while inside a vehicle (if weapons are enabled while inside the vehicle).

Quality of Life Changes
--fixed bug to make players fire when playing in multiplayer (RunConsoleCommand forced everyone to fire/stopfire)
--HUD set to be in the middle of the screen (to prevent issues with different resolutions)
--better handling when aiming down sights, now the weapon will remove the Aim if the player starts to sprint or reload

-Added Zoom In function to be more precise at long distances.
-Fixed (presumably) a syncronization issue causing Lua Errors when killing NPCs, Players, etc.
-Modified weapon Spread, allowing better control over the trajectory of the bullets when "free" shooting.

Removed Zoom feature (felt a bit boring considering the wespon´s new dynamic movement)

Fixed slot problem, now the weapon shall appear in the third category (SMG, AR2 for instance).

Improved the name display of the npc the weapon locks onto, fixed some viewmodel FOV missconceptions.
