ADDITIONS/BIG CHANGES

-Added a system to prevent units from firing at units inside the fog of war. It is experimental and probably buggy if you play free for all, but for team games it should only allow units to fire at enemies you can visually see, with the exception of buildings that have been previously spotted. Wonky if you play free for all, i advise against it.

-Ranges of basically everything outside of rifle/pistol infantry upped

-Static guns/HMGs lose accuracy when shooting far away, Static guns are slightly less accurate overall

-A new map was added

-T1 weapondepot can now build shell caches

-Generating ammo and shells now costs supplies

-Added maintenance shed to repair trenches with less micromanagement

-Hospitals now heal units that are dug in

-Austria-Hungary Barracks and depot have new upgade options

-pillbox price 1400 > 1600, health 1700 > 2000

-LMG ranges now vary: 08/15-lewis-hotchkiss = 400, madsen-perosa = 350, chauchat 350 but accuracy slightly lowered (price of the latter 850 > 800)

-Germany now has a 3-tier weapon depot

-added unlockable 42cm howitzer for A-H

-Arditi are now regular trench raiders

-Death company squad added for italy

-Italian barracks now have 3 tiers. T1: sappers/riflemen/arditi, T2: alpini/grenadiers, T3: LMG/death company

-US radio staion can unlock BARs

-Bulgaria and italy radio stations now have unlockable mines

-Static guns can be told to stop firing


BUG FIXES/SMALL TWEAKS

-spa 9k no longer spawn shellholes

-fighters buffed vs planes

-fixed a glitch where you could bypass building limits

-W-P grenades got a mild nerf

-starting supply 4k > 6k, oil 100 > 200

-The Brandt gets a 1.5 damage multiplier vs tanks and vehicles

-Bullets do a little less damage

-Bertha damage nerfed

-mountain gun/infantry speed slightly upped, but lowered when over mountainous terrain

-LMGs and grenadiers no longer have a useless action displayed

-Armored cars rate of fire mildly buffed

-Fahrpanzer HP 450 > 500

BIG ADDITIONS:

-New faction: kingdom of italy

-New mechanic: subfactions. countries who had armies integrated in another country's military or heavily relied on allied support can now become subfactions of existing factions.

-Subfactions added: AEF (france) Romania (russia) Bulgaria (Austria-Hungary)

-New mechanic: russian buildings now spawn a small garrison when destroyed

-New mechanic: German planes now spawn a soldier in a parachute when destroyed

-New mechanic: soldiers inside trenches can now be directly attacked. when inside a trench, they gain significant damage resistance and range buffs.

-New mechanic: buildings will sometimes leave ruins that can be garrisonned lik trenches

-New building: radio station, can unlock new units/tech. will be expanded upon in the future

-Added a small map

-New global unit: torpedo boat

-New global unit: mountain infantry


BALANCE/AUTHENTICITY TWEAKS

-All production buildings can use waypoints

-57mm shells damage radius 50 > 40

-57mm and 37mm shells get a 2x damage buffs versus tanks and vehicles

-(tank-mounted) 75mm shells get a 1.5x damage buffs versus tanks and vehicles

-Barracks no longer produce supplies

-Field hospital +100% range -50% health -33% repair speed price 1200 -> 1000

-changed pierce arrow effects

-tankgewehr buffed, squad price 1200 -> 1100

-HQ LOS doubled

-pillbox: supply cost 1200 -> 1400, maxHP 1500 -> 1700, healthregen increased significantly (should be slightly more than 1HP/second)

-grenades get a 1.5 damage multiplier vs buildings and 0.7 vs soldiers in cover

-British howis: pack speed 30s -> 10s unpack 30s -> 20s

-German stormtroopers: -1 rifleman -1 SMG +2 trench raiders

-All shells now should have a 0.5 damage multiplier against guns that are ''dug in''

-weapon depot build speed 0.65->0.73

-Grenades now explode after landing

-French storm squad changed to nettoyeurs, only spawns 6 raiders and 2 RSCs, price 1450>1300

-french trench raider health 200>140, speed 0.6>0.67, turn accel 0.55>0.7

-french flamer squad loses 2 riflemen gains 2 RSCs

-french rifle grenadier squad train time 25 > 20

-field guns get a 1.4x damage multiplier against planes

-AH stormtrooper HP 130>150

-Hansa-Brandenburg C.I bombs 8>5, radius 40>37

-British trench raiders speed 0.6 > 0.67, health 200>140

-British trench raider squad -2 lewis +2 trench raiders

-British vanguard squad -3 trench raiders +3 vanguards

-German storm squad -3 riflemen +3 elite riflemen (just a beefed up version)

-bayonet charging soldiers now take more damage and their damage has been nerfed 35>30

-default oiltower resource generation 15/150 -> 10/100

-upgraded oiltower resource generation 25/200 and 20/250 -> 20/150 and 15/200

-Probably a bunch of other stuff i forgot

A relatively small update right in time for november 11th (in my time zone). Mostly balance and airstrip tweaks

-Field guns attack move should now be way more consistent

-Special hand grenades (WP/GAS) -1s warmup +1s upgrade buy time

-airstrips now can automatically repair nearby planes, supply cost -1000, needs to upgrade to spawn bombers (non-german airstrip upgrades are 400 supply cheaper), health 1800 -> 1600

-Bombers now need to be re-equipped with bombs at an airfield after dropping their payload, delay between bombs reduced to 0.4s and damage lowered (except aeg)
*C.I has 8 bombs, oil cost 270 -> 250
*DH4 and breguet have 10
*ilya has 16
*AEG has two (with a larger area of damage)

-fedorov avtomat team cost 1100 -> 1000

-russian LMG team cost 800 -> 900

-russian/german/austrian hand grenades arearadius 33 - > 25 areadamage 90 -> 80 munitions usage 5 -> 7, other nades take 10

-bombers now have friendly fire

-observation balloon build time 55s -> 50s

-max ammo 4500 -> 5000

-white phosphorous has been nerfed against units, buffed against buildings

-non entrenched field gun now get poisoned by gas

-chauchat fires slower (and can be used like a semi-auto rifle) chauchat team cost 900 -> 850, build time 25s -> 22s

-fixed bertha not being able to fire, firing delay -4s warmup +4s (64/6)

-riflemen no longer have 2 armor piercing damage

-austro-hungarian MG car now has a limit of 2
