Additions:
- Added 1 new challenge: Gimme the Loot
-- Goal: Mom
-- No treasure rooms, all shops unlocked
-- All pickups are replaced with Loot Cards (excluding pickups dropped
from Loot Cards)
-- Reward: Holographic Loot Cards
- Added Holographic Loot Cards
-- 10% to replace a normal Loot Card (Can be adjusted with MCM)
-- Holographic Loot Cards have their effect doubled, like Player Card
- Added MCM option to clear Loot Deck saved data
- Every card now has duplicate effects for Player Card and Holographic Cards

Changes:
- Adjusted weights of many Loot Cards (money cards should be much less common
now)
- When Joker is used, the Devil Hand familiar will follow behind Isaac until
a room with an item is entered
- If Isaac takes an item that the Devil Hand is pursuing, the Devil Hand will
get angry and punch the ground, creating a shockwave effect
- Enemies rerolled by Ehwaz now have 50% health
- 0. The Fool now opens the doors of the room you teleport into
(including locked and secret rooms!)
- Using II. The High Priestess in a room without enemies will drop Mom's Finger
on Isaac, dealing "fake" damage like Dull Razor.
- Enemies cleaved by Jera now drop a full Red Heart.
- Using Jera in a room with no enemies will damage Isaac for 1 full heart
and drop a Red Heart on the ground.
- XIV. Temperance will prioritize Red Hearts when dealing damage
- Perthro now ignores starting items of characters
- Two Lost Souls will now drop a Soul Heart instead of a Red Heart
- Cards with random effects (Pills!) will always select the same effect twice
when duplicated with Player Card
- Added a SFX cue for when Counterfeit Penny takes effect
- Gold Bombs now explode into golden particles with a fitting sound
- Guppy's Hairball now has a different visual indicator for blocked damage.
- IV. The Emperor now grants a cute little crown costume, which persists until
all of your charmed enemies are dead.

Fixes:
- Fixed numerous save/continue bugs
- Fixed Loot Deck and Player Card not appearing in item pools
- Fixed AAA Battery not excluding active items
- Fixed Tapeworm Tears not playing their animation as intended
- Fixed Perthro destroying quest items
- Fixed items spawned by IX. The Hermit and XV. The Devil maintaining their
price if swapped with another active item.
- Fixed Purple Pill not recharging your active if the active is Blank Card.
- Fixed Broken Ankh not taking effect until a new room is entered, instead of
on card use like intended.
- Fixed Red Pill's Book of Belial costume disappearing when taking damage.
- Fixed Black Rune's portals spawning on top of each other if duplicated.
- Fixed Holy Shields being broken by charmed enemy projectiles

- Fix bug where Tape Worm tears had a 100% chance to fire instead of 10%.
- Fix bugs with card animations not always playing
- MCM Loot Card Spawn Chance now saves between runs
- V. Hierophant effect now persists between rooms
- V. Hierophant, Soul Heart, and Guppy's Hairball damage prevention rules follow the same rules as Holy Mantle (most types of self-damage are not prevented)
- Add Spanish translations to EID.
