v1.6.8

Changes:
- XI. Strength no longer triggers the D7 effect.
- XI. Strength no longer gives a flat +2 damage boost, and instead grants a +0.25 damage boost for each enemy killed in the room, similar to Book of the Dead. The damage boost still lasts until the end of the floor.
- Swallowed Penny now grants a coin on use
- Custom coin types can now be pulled in by Magneto and Broken Magnet
- Glyph of Balance will no longer grant ???, Tainted ???, The Lost, or Tainted Lost red hearts.

Fixes:
- Fixed Counterfeit Penny respawning custom coins as normal pennies
- Fixed Curved Horn tears not resetting when moving to a new room
- Fixed revive chance for Broken Ankh not being set properly
- Fixed temporary health given to Tainted Forgotten being permanent in some circumstances
- Fixed Loot Card spawn chance overriding Tainted Lost's extra Holy Cards
- Fixed AAA Battery RNG not being consistent
- Fixed Double Sticky Nickels having collision with other pickups
- Fixed Bloody Penny dropping cards less often than intended

Modding API:
- Tainted Forgotten now counts as a Soul Heart Marty

- Id is now no longer a required tag when making a Loot Card table, and if not given, it will be generated from the card's hud tag in the XML
