Foundation Update
* Separated essence and body realms into different cultivation paths/types.
* Added Foundation precursor to cultivation paths.
foundations need to be trained until max progression before continuing on the chosen cultivation path/type. this choice is permanent excluding rebirth pills that completely resets cultivation.
* Rebirth pill as described above, and Forming pill that completes foundation progress instantly.
* Realm Re-balancing
Essence realms should no longer have bodily function offsets. These are isolated to body realms for now until remolding is added. body realms benefits are also boosted.
* Life-span system
Lifespan system should include: the cultivators life-span amount, and the cultivators life-span efficiency. The efficiency should increase with realms on every cultivation type. A life-span above the cultivators life expectancy will de-age the cultivator to their ideal age (look at Lifespan Age Ratio in settings, usually 23 years old with default settings on humanoids), or their desired age if there is one.
* life pill, granted lifespan on consumption scales on quality and explodes when made at awful quality
* replaced sliders in settings with text boxes

increased cooldown of all abilities in: lightning arts, explosion arts, stone arts, and ice arts.
increase soul mend cooldown to 7 days
increased qi heal cooldown
decreased circle size for basic ice and stone arts
replaced slate spawned with stone arts with new stone thinger.
updated textures for all qi scrolls.
added basic herbal arts scroll and hediff, includes the abilities below.
added Stun Seed Ability, the stun seed stuns the target slightly on impact then grows within the affected body part stunning them after half an hour (in game) before dying/removing itself.
added Growth Skip, skips ahead growth of affected plants by 7 days.

ice is no longer claimable
stone wall and circle abilities now have longer cooldowns and warmups than ice.
ice health reduced to 120

Fixed soul mender list not saving. you might have to re-add soul-mender hediffs to get them to work again.

Remade Soul Mender logic into gamecomp from mapcomp, will now keep track of soul menders regardless if they are in a map or not.
Q Infused Spirit Sword Throw projectile speed nearly doubled.
