Added breathing mechanic/feature for body cultivators
Laws and technique arts can now have multiple elements.
removed realm and element requirement for learning technique arts
technique art abilities have realm and element requirements for enabling.
added law effect giving technique arts that are usable with that law.

Added/finished elemental heating feature that was forgotten about ages ago.
Fire and Water element emit items will now heat or cool a room depending on the rooms available elements. This target/max temperature can be fine tuned via adding or removing fire or water element in the same room.

Added back immortal cultivation to the name, now in game as well. Its not super clear to people that this is a cultivation mod on first glance without it.
Updated description in game to be more accurate.
(outside steam: uploaded the mod to nexusmods and moddb, cant post it or anything in ludeon forums for some reason)

forgot to add various new items (telluric flux, Ginseng, red Ginseng) to pill recipes, added them now.
spirit pill recipe: 12 spirit crystal & 1 spirit wood => 1 spirit crystal and 1 telluric flux
forming pill recipe: 2 spirit stones & 7 spirit leaf=> 7 ginseng and 2 spirit leaf
exercise pill recipe: 3 spirit stones & 6 MedicineHerbal=> 3 spirit stones and 5 MedicineHerbal
exercise pill recipe: 1 spirit leaf & 3 MedicineHerbal & 1 gold=> 1 spirit leaf & 3 ginseng & 1 gold, heavenly golden pill still uses MedicineHerbal
also added tree sowing requirement for spirit tree research since it wont show without it researched anyways.
re-arranged research positions to be easier to read.
