Added fuel efficient 2C setup discovered by Baa. Added 3C setup to handle low grade (1U) fuel loads. Modified some other circuits with this in mind. Removed Adapter circuit as it's mostly depreciated.

fixed docking shutdown not working correctly for performance/thermal mode of the 17 / 19 component circuits. unfortunately now costs 1 more component, but alas! much thanks to "corrupted" for pointing out the flaw.
