Increased rocket velocity from 35 to 40 (vanilla was 30). Reduced direct damage from 45 to 40 and increased fire rate from 0.9 delay to 0.8461 delay. This makes the Rocket Launcher more viable against swarms while also making it take four rockets to kill an OBO Red Mech instead of three.
