Added Allience support, tick the checkbox on the usual Tab to show Alliance factories.

- Improved time measurement to exclude time spent in pause
- Profit / hour is precalculated and now sortable
- Added tooltip to factory list showing working percentage (vs. production errors)
- Removed the 5 minute time limit before calculating profitability
