Electric Field and Electric Moves: (MAIN REWORK)
- New bigger meter on main HUD
- Manual electric attacks [Tap = No Change, Hold(5f) = Electric]
- Being inside the field now increases fastfall speed to 16
- Field removal cost from 50% -> 30%
- Removed passive meter drain when inside the field
- Meter now drains faster when in hitstun
- Meter drain on electric usage increased from 2 -> 8
- Meter Gain on hit reduced from [damage * 2] -> [damage * 1.25]
- Electric status will now be removed by getting parried [not applied to EWGF]

PLASMA STUN MULTIPLIER: (assigned specific multipliers instead of a catch-all multiplier)
- [FTILT, DTILT, FAIR, NAIR] uses 1.4 Elecstun Multiplier
- [ALL STRONGS, WGF/EWGF, DUpper, JAB3, DAIR] uses 1.3 Elecstun Multiplier

WIND GOD FIST:
- Charged Wind God Fist (Fake EWGF) now uses the normal hitbox

NSPECIAL:
- Hover meter drain increased from x2 -> x4
- Can now loop up to 10x within the field
- Letting go of joystick will now decelerate hover

USPECIAL: (adds a bit of horizontal movement, faster dashes, and faster recovery)
- Windows 2-4 length from 7 -> 6
- Window 2 VSP decreased from 7 -> 6
- Window 2 and 3 HSP increased from 5 -> 7
- Dash hitboxes KB and Angles adjusted to connect on new trajectory
- Pratfall landing lag decreased from 10 -> 5

FTILT: (still went overboard with reducing it)
- DMG increased from 7 -> 8
- KB decreased from 8 -> 6
- KBG increased from 0.55 -> 0.85
- Adjusted Animation and Sound

DATTACK (gamefeel):
- Hitpause increased from 8 -> 9
- Adjusted Sound

FAIR: (making it consistent and less jank)
- Hitbox 1 KBG decreased from 0.2 -> 0
- Hitbox 1 Extra Hitpause decreased from 2 -> 0
- Adjusted bounce on hit code

Stats:
- Fastfall speed increased from 12 -> 13
- Walljump VSP increased from 8 -> 9
- Walljump HSP increased from 4 -> 5

Others:
- Updated Tips
- Tekken Mode now activatable by using a button on the Character Select Screen

--Bug Fixes--
- Fixed a bug where buffering a Dragon Upper after an OTGF will result in an Omen input regardless of execution

USPEC: (fixes being punishable on hit because of flinching on grounded opponent)
- Added Ground Only Spike hitbox (KB 6, KBG 0.4, ANGLE 45)
- Changed Spike hitbox to Air Only
- Spike hitbox (both) now can not flinch
- KBG of Spike hitbox (Air) changed from 0.3 -> 0.35

FTILT: (went overboard with reducing it)
- KBG increased from 0.3 -> 0.55
