- Walk speed increase from 3 > 3.5
- Dash speed increase from 6 > 6.5
- Ground Friction speed decreased from 0.5 > 0.3
- Crouch Dash window 1 speed increase from 4 > 4.5
- Crouch Dash window 2 speed increase from 5 > 5.5

Nspecial
- Now forces Flinch
- Now Untechable
- Hover acceleration increased from 0.5 > 0.6

Fair

- Meter Drain per attack reduced from 5 > 2

Electricity Field
-New Mechanic: Holding NSpecial inside the Field will let Pikachu float towards the control stick's direction
-Non-frame perfect Electric Wind God Fists inside Electricity Field now counts as a proper EWGF
-Non-frame perfect EWGF will not push back parries
-Non-frame perfect EWGF will have no Plasma Stun multiplier (Every Charged move deals 120% hitpause of what Plasma Stun normally does)
-Fixed a bug where attacking too fast consecutively will not charge the attack inside the field

NSpecial
-Knockback 7 -> 4
-Angle Flipper 0 -> 9
-Custom Gravity 50% -> 25%
-Loop limit [unlimited] -> 5 loops
-Implemented 20f Cooldown
-Can now be cancelled into an Attack
