CEP 2.70 Hotfix 2 addresses the following issue:

Modules using cep2_add_reforge crashed if they browsed a merchant containing a katana with more than 1 point of sonic damage (for example, Sword Saint Legacy +n).

Opening those items in the toolset resulted in an Access Violation.

New optional hak cep2_add_ee adds EE-only features e.g. a few creature models which only work in EE

CREATURES

Added 440 creature models

A total of 240 older models have been deprecated, to reduce clutter, where better alternatives now exist. They remain available, for compatibility, but are prefixed [Deprecated] in the appearance dropdown. This represents 68% of the older models identified for replacement. 110 older models remain (by agreement with the builder community) because no better versions have been found.

Released reserved lines that might be used by EE one day

CREATURES

* 83 low-quality models have been deprecated, to reduce clutter, where better alternatives already exist.
The models remain available, for compatibility, but are prefixed [Deprecated] in the appearance dropdown.
More models will be deprecated in future releases when replacements have been found.

* Added non-overwriting versions of ZNI [CEP] City Interior 2 and ZNO [CEP] Castle Exterior, Rural

FEATS

* In the base game, only a few feats are available as item properties.
CEP 2.67 added many more OC feats (in iprp_feats.2da, line 64 onwards) using cost parameters from
“IPRP Feats by NWShacker" [https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/other/patch/iprp-feats]
In line with that project, a few feats have now been added or removed, and the cost factors have been extensively
revised to more realistic values.
NWShacker's project also includes full scripting support for those who need it.

* For EE only, CEP 2.67 introduced weapon feats for CEP's unique weapon types (e.g. Weapon Focus - Maul).
Corrections issued as hotfixes are now included in CEP 2.68.

CEP 2.67 Hotfix 3 - Weapon Feats

Issues fixed :
Maul feats now have non-blank descriptions
Clearer item descriptions for spear, shortspear, fuscina, wood
Corrected weapon proficiencies required for shortspear and mercurial weapons

Builder notes:
Duplication reduced by removing baseitems.2da from cep2_add_feats
Weapon feats added to baseitems.2da in cep2_top_2_67
cep2_add_feats should not be used unless your module is EE 8193.31 or later
