Fixed 'smushed' frontend army forces graphics for northern forces and rattan forces that was happening at resolutions > than 1080p. added some new force graphics.

update that really improved the difference between the Internal Development and the Consolidating Control playstyles. also improved the frontends and removed some duplicate generals

Control gets bonuses to building of resource and minor settlement buildings and a special assignment, also extra trade agreement and assignments.

Internal Development gets bonuses to diplomacy, vassal income, and gets a big reduction to food distribution in cities, but also gets a big penalty to food production from farming and fishing. This style is designed to encourage building tall in cities and requiring the faction to trade for food or rely on vassals for food as producing your own food is very difficult.
