* Fixed incorrect accuracy values for several Battlements units.

* Battlements now apply a unique Battlements trait to troops that only has the accuracy bonus to prevent confusion about what buffs troops get.

* Battlements Trait - no longer stacking. +2 accuracy is applied to all units now.

* Battlements Fortification - cannot be placed within 2 hex of another Battlement.

* HQs - Battlements now unlocked after Barracks is placed to encourage more city defence diversity.

* Eldar Battlements - model changed to Eldar Wall Tower, custom ball of fire effect added.

Buildings sizes have been normalised with vanilla. See Cities+ if you want an upgrade.

Battlements now have 2x vanilla HQ weapons.

Battlements spawn range has been reduced to 2-3 from 2-4

Battlements can now be deployed up to 1 hex away from another Battlement.

Barracks no longer spawn packs of units. instead they can now spawn 5-6 individual units.

Barracks have been given a Supply Lines aura, which reduces unit upkeep when enemies are near the city.

Barracks cannot produce units on turn it was spawned.

Barrack unit spawns now costs influences. The cost is based on unit cost divided by two.

Made some towel model tweaks.

Barracks spawn range is now 3 hex.
Barracks are not activated by enemies 5 hex away.
Reduced Barracks pack sizes a bit.

Adeptus Mechanicus tower should have the right weapons.
