Livonian is now culture of Livland until 1570, it's difficult to pinpoint when exactly Latvian and Estonian took over this region, it is the primary culture of Livonia, and original culture of Kurland [later I may make the original culture Pruthenian, but not yet]

The Form Persia decision is fixed

Huge changes to cultures in Central America and Northwest South America. sistermoon called my attention to the inaccuracies here and suggested several groups to be added, I have done so. Thanks to them for many of these suggestions.

These changes are

Miskitu is now in its own culture group
as is Chumash, which I have been thinking about making an isolate for awhile now

new Xincan culture group with Xinka culture in province 841 (Guatemala)

Chocoan culture is now in 4599 (Sinu) where the Sinu and Embera live

Carib culture is now the culture is now in 4600 (Magangue) where the Chimilas Carib language was located

new Chibchan cultures of
Uwa located in 4602 (Motilones)
Tairona (primary of TAI) and located in 829 (Magdalena)
Guna located in 2819 (Darien) and 835 (Panama)
Guaymi (which I have as including Ngaebe) located in 4595 (Guaymi) and 2664 (Veraguas)
Votic located in 4597 (Talamanca)
Pech located in 2662 (Olancho), unfortunately I could not justify their placement on the coast where they also were due to the province size and it better fitting as Miskitu
Lenca (the least certainly Chibchan group here) is now in 2640 (Lenca)

2660 (Managua) is now Aztec due to the Nahua people who were dominate there since around 1200 A.D. when they split from the Pipil Nahua, they a called and Nicarao and claim Toltec descent

Testing Repairs
This update made Crimean Goths Byzantine Culture again and made Miskitu in it's own culture group
This is the 1st of many fixes coming soon

I checked dev diaries, apparently mostly mission tree fixes. The mod as is should work for 1.37.0.0 as there are no culture changes. Let me know if you notice any errors/bugs.

Small Native American Update

Na-Dene & Apachean Culture Groups now merged as Na-Dene as they only split off when the South Na-Dene migrated south in the 15th Century Approximately.
[Modder's Note: This is worth looking into province wise in the future for examining the extent in 1444 closer]

Unrelated I have also made it so Ladakhi Culture can form Tibet

Also followup on Qiang, Western Xia is not in the game and so I can not make it the primary
[Western Xia was a Tangut administrated dynasty which was wiped out by the Yuan, Tangut and Qiangic are closely related]

Large Update to Several Things

Let's start West to East

1. Norn is now a new culture
-I included many historically accurate names for the culture for flavour, as I often do, but in this case I was able to get good number
-It is accepted by Norway & the Isles
-Norn has no Primary at this time

2. Mari & Permian are now new cultures
-I have broken them away from the Old Uralic Culture
-Mari is shown including the land inhabited by Mordvins
-Some New Names Added to Both
-Permian is the primary of Perm
-Mari has no Primary at this time

3. Cappadocian is now a new culture
-It is only present in one province, Kayseri in 1444 start
-Cappadocian has no Primary at this time

4. Behdinani is now a new culture
-In Yazd & Primary of Yazd
Note: Behdinani refers to the Zoroastrian Dari Dialect spoken in the region prior to it converting

5. Pashtun & Tajik are now new cultures
-I have broken apart Afghani
-Afghanistan accepts both, but only Pashtun has a primary nation as of now
-Mughal main culture is now Khalaj
-Tajik and Uzbek appear to have been historically prominent in some of the same area, but Uzbeksation processes and expulsions later led Tajik to fall out of favour in some cities, so some of the land has been called for Tajik given this information and the fact that the rural area would have been more Tajik.
-The dynasty of Naugpur is now Gujarati culture, not Afghani, as it is said to be a cadet branch of the Muzaffarids online

6. Ladakhi is now a new culture
-Present in 3 provinces
-Primary of Ladakh
-I considered dividing Tibetan, but ruled against it due to their lexical similarity, Ladakhi however is very different and not intelligible

7. Qiang is now a new culture
-Present in 2 provinces, one of them was harder to find information on, but apparently a historical name of the region gives it a name having to do with the Qiangic people.
-Qiang provinces are animist to reflect their unusual beliefs which fuse aspects from other nearby religions
-Qiang has no primary at this time, though I may change this if there is a Western Xia tag soon, the change-logs will have a followup regardless

8. Hui is now a new culture
-Present in 2 provinces
-I pulled names from Hui historic persons so the name generation has some especially good flavour as even I have done this for most of the other cultures here, the Hui had more people listed and therefore a good sample size
-Hui has no primary at this time

9. Miao now in its own culture group
-This groups is called Hmongic, as Miao never belonged in Tibetan at all, honestly not sure how I missed this one as I've read some of their mythos, but it's fixed now

This changes the cultures by 10 additional with this change and with Hmongic being the only new group

Switched the order of Dardic, Hindustani, East, and West Aryan so they stand out more and don't conflict with some of the neighbours.
