Upgraded with new ECU that will work even with infinite fuel turned on. The throttle should also feel more natural now, with less deadzone in the higher regions.

Fixed paint error in tank room roof.

* Added missing fuel tank equalizer controller, meaning fuel tanks will now always stay at equal level even when low on fuel.
* Improved helmsman's aimable spotlight for better range and usability.

* Added a small, missing metal trim on the carpet.
* Reinforced hydraulic pressure system to prevent low hydraulic pressure in extreme weather situations where the active stabilization system worked hard.
