Oh you know, I work on it when I can find the time, so it's always hard to know when it'll be done. I just have to figure out a weird physics issue with the MOB boat and then this one is done.

Do you currently have an have estimated time of completion for these updates or is it just something you do in your free time with no estimated completion date?

The devs kind of broke sea water cooling with the pressure update, meaning a lot of my old vessels have this issue. The slowing down is the automatic overheat protection in the ZE modular engine controller, they alternative is a blown engine.

I am working on a lifetime extension of the Apollo that will fix this issue and bring the vessel up to modern standards.

Love the boat, got one issue with it after extensive use it appears to overheat and lose all power to both engines. How do I stop the overheating process. Would appreciate the help thanks.

No, the speed is realistic for a boat this size (even made it a bit faster than the real life variant is)

I'm testing it just now and it's starting up just fine... This variant doesn't work with infinite fuel turned on, so make sure infinite fuel is disabled. I'll look at changing out the ECU when I have time for that, I have a newer ECU that will work with infinite fuel as well.

I honestly love this boat - it gives a great SAR platform to operate from and has given me a great deal of fun - however I have noticed with the way they like to break things with updates, the moment you go above 50% power the stern just planes into the water and you basically have no speed at all, I'm not sure what would cause it and I've not got enough experience with the modular engines to look into it myself.

You could try to increase the max RPS in the engine controllers, but I can't guarantee it'll be stable...

The speed is realistic (I made it a slight bit faster than the real life variant it's based on to work better in SW). Rescue boats don't go 100 knots in real life. 25-40 knots is the most common for boats like this.

It's a cool boat.. but uh... its a bit slow
