Palladium's defense buff got removed and transferred to cobalt. Palladium's set bonus more than makes up for the defense, and cobalt also falls behind in damage. This change will not make cobalt better than palladium, but it will make it a bit more usable.

Orichalcum's and mythril's defenses were switched, and mythril's damage reduction was increased by 5% (10 -> 15). As a defensive set with less damage, mythril wasn't filling its role very well, and orichalcum was a little bit too well-rounded. Again, this change will not make mythril better than orichalcum, but it will make it a bit more usable.
