-Repositioned the book in thirdperson to be more in the survivor's hands. There's more clipping now, but IMO it looks more like they're holding it/it looks less floaty, plus it matches the new first-person animations better

-The mod now uses vanilla defibrillator animations to fix an issue where the first-aid kit animations would cause the camera to rotate on most dedicated servers
