Updated version number (3.4)

Added the three DM techs to the game start, so that their perks are accessible (edicts, DM/DE starbase buildings).

Vanilla DM techs (shields & thrusters) are now given at game start, since you can't research these normally.

Minor capitalisation fixes

Removed the research complete message from said X weapons

remembered to add the X slot weapons
