- Updated Dragon Blood requirement text to be clearer and highlighted when not met

- Added acceptance logic for gifting artefacts so ai will always accept a Dragon or Dragon Egg, but also they should never give theirs away

- Fixed bug where when Eggs hatched or Dragons aged when held by an ai where the dragon image wouldn't work

Updated:
- Eaten by Dragon now has a unique death icon
- Executed by Dragon now works and has a unique death icon
- Added travel speed and safety boost to Dragons by default

Removed:
- Removed 'Look for Dragon Egg' decision
- Removed 'Attempt to tame a Dragon' decision

New Content:
- Added Dragon Adventure activity with Dragon Tracking and currently unusable Dragon Dominance options
- Dragons have been completely reworked, a brief summary of the changes:
---- Dragons now 'grow' from a freshly hatched Baby to Adolescent to Young to Adult to Ancient
---- Dragons now have element features ingrained into the artefact even as an egg (which determines which image to show)
---- When a baby becomes an adolescent they gain some 'default' modifiers based on their owners lifestyle
---- Young and Adult Dragons can be further 'improved' via the Dragon Bond event (it will only trigger if you have the dragon equipped), you get two options one to improve your character for the rest of their life OR the dragon for the rest of its existence
---- Can now name the Dragon (if hatched from an egg via the event)
---- Dragon and Dragon eggs are only attainable via the new Dragon Tracking activity
---- Slew of new custom images for each existing element and all their ages
- Added new game rule to allow player to pick between Latin or High Valyrian Dragon commands
- Custom inventory slot for Dragon (must be young, adult or ancient to actually equip)
- Custom Dragon artefact type
- Updated Dragon and Dragon Egg history to show who and where they were discovered
