Nevermind then !
Since it is written that it was back in June 2024.
1 - Unlocking the first Dragon Blood legacy track
2 - Having a capital without a pre-existing special building slot (slot not building atm)
3 - Using the related decision (IIRC it should appear at the top of your screen as an important decision if it's possible)
In theory temporarily moving your capital to a barony without a special building slot, kicking off the decision then moving back is possible FYI (in case you want to be based in e.g. Constantinople)
Side note, of course adventurers don't have capitals so won't be able to do this until landed
If it doesn't with LotR then it would be helpful if you could mention what doesn't seem to work.
I've come to the assumption that you meant it doesn't work for adventurers, which yes it never would've - but at least this testing was a push to get it working for them as it appears to have been an easy update for it, but I'm unsure what knock-on effects my change could cause.
Just try to be more specific in future as your post made it seem like the mod was entirely broken.
@guillermomartinbox - You need the first dragon legacy to have the decision available - and then your capital will need to not already have the 'special building slot' used
Not even close
When will it be in a finished state?
Likely never, but we can get pretty close!
What future non-functional component of this mod excites me the most?
Creating my own integrated Latin-based lore

I greatly appreciate your support and wish I had more time in my life to dedicate to this to make you all proud.
Alas this is not the case currently with a very busy life schedule at the moment.
Something I have always stressed to many people over this mod's lifespan, is please appreciate this mod as a standalone project, it is not trying to be a competitor to AGOT nor will it ever be, with them having dozens of team members focusing on providing the most authentic AGOT experience possible, how could I, as a sole modder ever compete.
Instead my focus is on making my own modular and adaptable system for dragons which may have it's limitations, but also it's own advantages.
The long term goal has always been massive, and this has not helped expectations, both external and internal.
