miscellaneous texture fixes

1. map 1-2 - Fixed elevator pusher timing issue, lowered elevator music volume.

2. map 3 - modified street crescendo to make sense when panel is pressed.
Resolved truck texture issue.
Fixed elevator pusher timing issue.
Fixed switch box visibility issues.

3. map 4 - fixed small boat physics

4. map 6 - lowered water so tank doesn't flap arms like a bird. :)
Also moved boat up next to peer.
All enemies move better now.
Fixed soundscape.

1. Maps 1 and 2 -
Map 2 was crashing every time transitioning, so I creatively merged it with map 1 (no more crashing).
Pathway is longer now but a load of fun and has a reasonable explanation - blame Whitaker.

2. Map 3 - Opened up the balconies so you can now go out on them and explore if you choose.
You might get lucky and find some goodies?
Watch the charger while traversing the top of the building.
Added more streetlights, models, etc.

3. Map 4 - Made most ships climbable by nets that hang down so you can look for supplies, ammo.
Did this by adding recovery toilets on some ships.

4. Map 5 - Opened up some areas on this map to make it bigger.
Slowed the rotating light down in the bowling alley so epileptic people won't have issues.
Added more streetlights, art, etc.

5. Map 6 - Fixed issues with nav around the loading dock finale area.
Note to self - Watch out for that crazy Whitaker.

6. Survival maps - were failing so I removed them.
Map 2 was crashing and 1 won't spawn zombies consistently.
