# WEEK 1.5 v3.2.1 PATCH

# Suppressor Reimplementation:

These attachments now return to the regular GIC Loot Tables - Afflicts hit targets with SUDDEN-STRIKE, granting subsequent shots +50% DMG. If the target is not hit again for 0.25s, the target becomes RESISTANT to SUDDEN-STRIKE for 480s.

# PANIC SYSTEM:

Smoke Grenades now deal a special PANIC debuff which only affects enemy infantry. When enemies are in a PANICKED state, they will not use their firearms and gain +25% movement speed. This system is a prototype for future expansions into the Gas Grenade weapon category for items such as Tear Gas and Mustard Gas. The panic system implemented here is only in its earliest stages and will be expanded upon to grant more tactical options in the future such as with LMGs, trinkets, and enemy infantry interactions depending on their rank i.e Recruits or Veterans.

Augments/Trinkets/Attachments:
- Ring of Supremacy - Adjusted systems to only disable effects on taking 10 or more damage, rather than having it be disabled even on 0-damage effects i.e Suppression.
- Mantle of Hardened Flesh - No longer grants +5% MELEE RES.
- Rusted Amulet rewritten.

Equipment/Items:
- Warrior's Flower stack size 10 > 20.
- Dry Sap - No longer causes cardiac arrest for non-Florans. All races can now use. Stack size 1 > 10.
- Health Elixir - Minor reformat.
- Spiritual Remedy - Ditto.

Melee Gear:
- Crow's Sword fixed text overflow.

Ranged Weapons:
- MG2750 > Kurtz Maschinengewehr 2750.
- Transheya-12 - Weight class increased to MEDIUM.
- Fuel-Sprayer ammo capacity 15 > 35.
- Sten Gun fixed incorrect damage values and gave proper 32-rnd capacity.
- Nagashima Matchlock given autoreload module (similar to Brigand's Hunter Pistols).
- Scumbag Pistol - Altered. Now only accepts 7.7x56mm (.303 British) cartridges. Significant damage increase, but an equally significant reduction in HIT CHANCE.
- Black Gambit - Reduced cylinder capacity 6 > 4. DMG reduced 109 > 80.
- Martini-Henry Conversion - Can now accept the full range of attachments (except UGLs).
- Adjusted RPK74M and AK74M hit chances so that the differences are not so miniscule.
- M100 Hunter > M1 Garand.

Armor:
- Samurai Ghost Girl Head fixed showing character's own hair beneath the headwear.
- Streltsy 6B710A updated description to NOT state that it "doesn't support augmentation" despite clearly having a slot.
- Wartact 1 Plate Carrier - Adjusted resists.
- Tactical Gorka chest fixed missing female sprites.
- Republic Army Sniper Suit fixed some minor female clipping issues.
- Republic Raider NVG (Folded) armor now has a description.
- Rewrote the Moon-Rabbit/Lunarian cosmetic descriptions to not sound retarded.

Monsters:
- Hwacha no longer drops electronics on death.
- Void-Frozen Sentinel (rock laserman that resembles the Dark One) HP 50 > 5000 (will still require negative DMG RES debuffs to actually hurt).
- The Dark One that eternally chases the player after finding the Void Core has had its' damage reduced from 24% to 10% per hit.

Dungeons:
- Afflicted Colony - Removed "Letheia" graffiti due to not having any real relevance to the planetary story.
- Khurtovynan Prison Complex no longer regenerates on a return trip to the same location.
- Razed - Removed the patronizing SAIL messages on spawn | Removed the out-of-place "vietnam radio" at the start of the Siege Lines | Removed the small enemy event where an FLF Rifleman would parry an explosion.
- RUNDOWN: HUB - Added direct-return door.
- RUNDOWN: STORY - Added ://V1G0R codex, explaining how the monsters do not care for your Max HP and deal scaled damage | Reduced Void Lighter and Judgment Statue spawns 3 > 2.
- Fixed typo in Terrestrial_Worlds.config.patch which made FU garden dungeon spawns inconsistent. Fixed, courtesy of Rylasasin.

Other:
- Removed Transheya-12 spawns from the uncommon FLF armory loot spawn.
- Can now craft 5.56x45mm STANAG-FEDERATSIYA Drum Magazines (oversight).
- //:DARK_ONE.LOG fixed typo.
- Razed Black Market - Revised store so that they no longer accept meat for anything (who the fuck is going to sell a bunch of animal meat for 6 bullets? And who thinks any sane merchant would go with that deal?). Former writer gaslit me into stuff like this. Bloody muppet. Guns no longer purchasable from Razed Black Markets. Warrior's Flowers can now be turned in for money.
- Undercolony Black Market - Fixed incorrect values for Mil-Grade PCBs.
- Esther's old Incentive quests are now "abandonable", however I doubt this will do anything as quests don't seem to update after they're generated. Refer to Rylasasin's pin in the Help Channel if you still have carry-over planet incentives from Esther.
- High-Velocity Bullets (7.62x51mm NATO, 7.7x56mm .303, etc) now have longer penetration range (damage range after piercing before becoming a miss shot) and now inherit 35% instead of 20% of the initial bullet's damage.
- Shotgun Slugs now deal heavy bleeding.

As a reminder, players should update the mod manually by forcing the steam auto-updater to actually update as the auto-updater can be extremely delayed in actually pushing the content to players. One should first verify their game integrity and/or restart their Steam program. If this fails, one should instead unsubscribe then resubscribe to the mods as needed.

FURTHERMORE

Due to the versioning on the Main Menu Title Splash, players should be aware to check for the current version their own game is running.

The current version is v3.2.1

NOT v3.2.0 (this was the previous version)

v3.1.1 Hotfix

- Fixed Kamish Cutscene not playing (it would not load any assets, but still remove the player's control as if it were playing). Also slightly improved the talking frames.

- Fixed incorrect ammo requirements for the MG2750 Drum Mags and DCMK51 200rnd Boxes. Added recipe to craft 200rnd MG2750 Box Mags.

- Assigned proper music to the Bazaar Between Time (baked-in, so music mod update not required).

- Fixed carry handle kit saying "OKP-7 Dovetail".

- Title splash updated to state v3.1.1
