1) Huitz Tlatoani correctly has to recharge his instant-capture ability.
2) Ahuizotl can now garrison on transport ships (since they don't become amphibious until Heroic, credit to Tapejara).

3) Roc population reverted to 3.
4) Heka Gigantes ability to buck heroes restored.
5) Tequihuah Archer: Has 0.9x bonus vs Raiding Cavalry (just like Toxotes/Chu Ko Nu/Arcus).
6) Tlatoani: Hack/Pierce Armor: 15%/15% -> 25%/25%. Archaic Age attack penalty: -60% -> -75%. Bonus vs Myth Units: 4.5 -> 6.0.
7) Warrior Priest: Bonus vs Myth Units: 6.0 -> 6.5. Loses -50% penalty vs villagers when Classical Age is reached.
8) Sacred Dog: Bonus vs Myth Units: 3.5 -> 4.5.

We apologize for the rapid-fire of small updates lately! We know it's a bit of a drag. All the critical bugs that crept up recently should now be fixed and there shouldn't be more updates until the 2nd tournament has concluded.

Fixed possible crashes when:
1) Using Huitz's Tlatoani's instant-capture ability.
2) Sacrificing prisoners.

1) Fixed an error that made capture mode stay on cooldown permanently when manually disabling it.
2) Fixed an issue that caused prisoners vestiges to be left outside temples.

The big change here is item #1. Sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused!

1) Fixed an error involving the capturing of Prisoners that could cause a crash, esp. playing with/against an Aztec AI.
2) Yahui Bonfire attack does -50% damage v. heroes.
3) Xipe Totec artwork done!
4) The Lazer Bear unit is now immobile, unattackable, and reveals the entire map. Bella remains the preferred engine-of-destruction cheat unit.
5) Volcano radius for instantly destroying buildings when cast (like Tartarus Gate): 12 -> 9.
6) History files for most Godpowers added!
7) Jiao-Long's sword-throwing attack now works correctly.
8) Fire Strike no longer damages friendly units/buildings.
9) Quetzalcoatl Wonder construction stages added.

1) Capture Mode algorithm has been tweaked to fix (fingers crossed!) some rare bugs where captured prisoners become stuck and/or teleport to the extreme corner of the map.
2) Capture Mode damage penalty vs. capturable targets: -33% -> -25%.
3) Tezcatlipoca Youth Barrack units cost: -10% -> -5% in Classical/Heroic (10% total).
4) Classical Age gods reordered:
Tezca - Xolotl/Coyolxauhqui
Huitz - Coyolxauhqui/Huehueteotl
Quetz - Huehueteotl/Xolotl
5) Ahuizotl hitpoints: 400 -> 375. Is now a land-only unit until the Heroic Age (then it becomes amphibious).
6) Prisoners from Tianguis training time: 50 -> 45. The "Buy Prisoners" techs research proportionally faster.
7) Tlamanih Spearman TrainPoints: 8 -> 9. Bonus vs Runners: 2.25 -> 1.75; now affects all runner units (not just Papalotl).
8) Papolotl Runner: Food Cost: 30 -> 35. Attack: 8 -> 7. Base Pierce Armor: 40% -> 30%.
9) Hand of Fire: Damage reduced ~20%. No longer damages civilian units.
10) War Canoe hitpoints: 190 -> 174 (ie -40% of Trireme's 290, credit to Poseidon Building Spam).
11) Tzompantli aura effect on capture rate: +30% -> +50%.
12) Volcano placement radius 6.5 -> 5.75. "Rocky Terrain" effect leaves rubble at center and better matches the volcano's texture.
13) Decoy units: HP reduced ~5%. Can no longer be healed by any mechanism (healer, Restoration, etc).
14) Armory correctly no longer has a build limit (credit to joey badz).
15) Tlaloque speed: 3.6 -> 3.7.
16) Yahui: HP: 375 -> 450, Favor Cost: 20 -> 18, Train Time: 23 -> 20, Recharge Rate: 18 -> 15, Crush Damage: 4 -> 6. (Ie, much closer to Cyclops.)
17) Fire Strike now requires LOS in order to cast.
18) Deer converted by a Set Priest ability to attack restored (credit to joey badz). (edited)
19) Docks/Chinampas with garrisons can now attack War Salamanders (credit to joey badz).
20) Villagers can now properly attack the Jaguars summoned by the Jaguar Night power (credit to AoL_Ironmaiden).
21) Jaguar Night adjusted to (fingers crossed!) keep the Jaguars from sometimes going idle. They now prefer targeting units over buildings.
22) Building construction stages added for Aztec buildings!
23) Warrior's Blessing has the hero SFX effect over promoted units when cast.
24) Aztec Titan now correctly plays its birth animation ("emerge from the gate") only once.
25) Bug in english-version fix: Non-Aztec players no longer have overlayed age-name text in thier age-up bar when aging up.
Note: The age-bar still does not show aging-up progress for Aztec players. This is a hard-coded restriction sadly.
26) Age bar now again includes roman numeral of current age.
27) Itzpapoltl history file fixed (was accidently duplicate of Tzitzimitl).
28) Some minor god techs given small, lore-appropriate changes to thier name/description.
29) Some unit/tech icons updated.
30) Tooltip rollover/use-against links on encyclopedia pages for Aztec units corrected.
31) Xoloitzcuintli renamed "Sacred Dog". Quinametzin renamed to grammatically-correct singular form "Quinametli".
32) Huitz's Tlatoani: Gore Attack Bonus v. Villagers: 0.25 -> 0.1. Can no longer use Instant-Capture ability on villagers.
33) Death from Above: Number spawned per pack: 2 -> 1. Max number of packs: 20 -> 40.
This keeps the maximum strength unchanged in late-game/team-games, but noticably reduces it in early/mid 1v1 games (when num of military buildings is low).
34) Causeways tech removed.
35) Tlalocan reworked (should be more appealing alongside Volcano/Death from Above):
* Indestructable but capturable.
* Blocks enemy GPs in its vicinity like Hesperides.
* Sacrifices provide +20% resources; can toggle Tlalocan sacrifice preference.
* Trains Tlaloque at -10% cost (Replaces "Quickly trains Tlaloque").
* Supports 10 population (New!).
36) Shorn Warrior now deals correct damage over its area of effect with bonus v. non-Aztec units excluding Hypaspist, Axeman; Thorwing Axeman.
37) Eagle Knight now rightly classed as LogicalTypeCanBeThrown, allowing it to be targeted by several myth unit special attacks (Cyclops, Carnivora, etc).
38) Loki Hersir no longer summon Aluxes (unfinished myth/villager units that used Dwarf animation).
39) Turquoise Snake relic now improves all non-Titan myth unit DPS by 10% (not just ranged myth units).
40) All Noble units damage bonus v. unittype they are countered by (ie, for Jaguar Knights it's archers): 0.5 -> 0.6.
All Nobles have a bonus v. Coyote Priests that is a less-pronounced version of their bonus v. cavalry.
41) Khopesh Swordsman are now classed as Runners so they take anti-runner bonus damage.
42) Death's Awakening: Shadows summoned 13 -> 12 (ie, 4 of each type).
43) Quetz Tlatoani aura: Now also enhances build rate of Farms/Chinampas (consequence of change in targeted unittype).

1) Relics "Tusk of the Iron Boar" and "Mithril Horseshoes" now increase the HP/speed of all runner units (Papalotl Runner, Eagle Knight, Coyote Priest) not just Papalotl.
2) Prodromos, Mounted Archers, Katapeltes/hero-version, and Ulfsarks now have +20% attack vs Runners.
3) Volcano obstruction size 9 -> 6.5 which will make it much easier to place.
Volcano and fireball area attack reduced by ~20%.
"Unbuildable Terrain" effect radius 4.5 -> 5.25. It cannot be used to make Settlements unclaimable, even if placed adjacent to one.
4) Aztec AI on Hard level no longer gets +20% handicap (an early feature that was intended to get cut as AI's competence increased).
5) "Maguey Ropes" no longer gets a price discount when playing as Huitzilopochtli (as it's not a military tech).
6) Max zoom 133 -> 175 (ie, restored to default).
7) Ahuizotl can now be trained from Docks too.
8) Restoration now properly heals units a more normal rate (instead of 30HP/sec!).
9) Tzitzimitl cost: 300g, 27fav, 5 pop -> 250g, 25fav, 4 pop. Performs its attack and "Eat Attack" faster (DPS unchanged).
10) Feathered Serpent Warrior damage v Quicklime Slingers ~43 (absurdly high due to unittype error) -> ~6.
11) Quicklime Slinger hitpoints 75 -> 80.
12) Warrior's Blessing radius +2 to more reliably catch units in its casting range.
13) Axolotl cost 100f, 9fav -> 80f, 7fav. They have a limit of 9 and can now gather from fish without a dropsite but at -40% the rate of a boat.

1) Skull Knight Pierce armor 10% -> 30%.
2) Itzpapoltl HP 420 -> 380, Pierce Attack 20 -> 16, Crush Attack 5 -> 4.
3) Shorn Warrior: HP 105 -> 120, Attack 7.5 -> 10, Population 2 -> 3. Loses anti-infantry bonus, gains 1.5 bonus against non-Aztec units, excluding Throwing Axeman, Axeman, and Hypaspist. Now properly classed as NonGreek unit (Myrmidons do bonus damage).
4) Feathered Serpent Warrior: Cost 60w, 40g -> 70w, 45g. Has a damage bonus against siege units, including Destroyers.
5) Warrior Societies: Improves unique unit HP/Attack 15% -> 20%, Research time: 30 -> 40.
6) Jaguar Night: Jaguars reliably attack the nearest in-range enemy (bug previously caused them to do sometimes do nothing).
7) Warrior Priest: Healing range 10 -> 12.
8) Mayahuel has been reworked to be more viable in most games, her techs have more well-rounded focus:
- Pulque: Costs 300w, 150g, 30fav.
- Increases hero attack +25% (+15% for Sacred Dogs). Increasing all priest HP +25%.
- Increases Warrior Priest healing rate +33%.
- No longer increases building rate for Warrior Priests or faster training rates for Sacred Dogs.
- Maguey Thorns/Maguey Healing removed.
- Maguey Ropes added! Increases Villager speed by 15% and carry capacity by 7.
- Wild Diet added! Aztec Human units and villagers regenerate at 0.4 HP per second.
9) Some icons added/changed, notably the armor upgrades at the Guild, to be more unique, crisp, and better convey thier effects.
10) Editor-only Aztec god Camaxtli added! To choose him, a trigger must set "Age1Camaxtli" tech active within 10 sec of gameplay. He will see appearances in the campaign later.
11) Minor AI tweaks/enhancements.
12) Ram name changed to "Cuahuitl Ram" to be more culturally-correct.
13) Burning Pitch anti-building damage effect on Quicklime Slingers: +120% -> +100%
14) Offerings:
- Cost 300g, 22fav -> 200g, 15fav, Research Time 22 -> 15.
- Still removes Favor limit, but other effects have been revised to:
- Deducts 1/3 of each Food/Wood/Gold stockpile, converting them into Favor, 8 to 1.
- Reduces the captures-before-cooldown value by 3.
15) Volcano: Power done!
- Summons a volcano that destroys buildings over it, spits fire over a small area, and deals great damage to units/buildings while alive.
- On death, leaves behind a patch of charred rock that cannot be built upon.
- Will get visual updates to the "fireball spitting" effect in the future (it looks a little corny in its current state).
16) Aztec Villagers now properly have unittypes: LogicalTypeSeaSerpentAttack, LogicalTypeAbstractVillNotHero (Credit to ikosaeder for discovering this).
17) Aztecs will get the same starting resources as Greeks (ie, -45 Wood) by default (Credit to ikosaeder for this idea).
To disable this in the Scenario Editor, immediately set the status of the tech "Starting Resources Greek" to unobtainable.
18) Decoy units can no longer capture auto-convertable units (Plenty Vaults, Herdables, etc) (Credit to Tapejara).
19) Quetzal Bird receives +3 LOS in Titan Age too (like the other age-ups).
20) Chinese players correctly get their starting resources adjusted by the Starting Resources Chinese tech (Credit to ikosaeder).
21) Healing Spring reverts to old behavior: Idle units heal 4 HP/s, non-idle units 0.4 HP/s (other healing in ROTG occurs at the same rate for idle/non-idle units)

2) Tzitzimitl Death from Above version only: Crush Damage 16 -> 12.
3) Xipe Totec godpower "Epidemic" cosmetically reworked into "Night Winds" which is more lore-appropriate. No stat change.
4) Several tech/godpower icons updated.
5) Jaguar Night: Jaguars HP 90 -> 95. Are hostile to all (owned by nature), and very aggressive; will always attack the nearest in-range target.
6) Tlalocan now reliably can train Tlaloque and toggle sacrifice preference when cast (previously a bug made it very unreliable).
7) Chinampa gather rates increased (~10% Food, ~40% Gold. Gold rate is now ~20% slower than Food, from ~40%).
