- Reworked Buildings. Now a more streamlined number of buildings, plus unique buildings to construct
- Added empty event option for slaves.4 so you don't have to spend ducats
- Fixed a bug with GOT_META.7
- Expanded the Deus Vult CB to affect heathens as well
- Increased NI progress per idea
- Disabled changes to Siege phases and Battle phases
- Removed Spy estate actions
- Added Night's Watch debuff. If any of the Kingdoms have the 25 relations, the debuff is small. If none do, the debuff is large. If a Kingdom has high relations, the debuff is disabled.
- Partially added Startup screen info. Missing mechanics info.

- Added -1 diplomatic reputation whilst Permitting Slavery
- Added +1 diplomatic reputation whilst Forbidding Slavery
- Added alternative decisions for the Mercenary Companies for players without the Mandate of Heaven DLC.
- Fixed SummerIsland decisions looking for old ideagroups in allow checks
- Fixed Gameplay decisions looking for old ideagroups in allow checks
- Added Conquest missions for every area, available when a nation's provinces border an contested area.
- Fixed the Reassert X Dynasty decisions not including the formable kingdom (i.e. Kingdom of the North for the Starks, etc)
- Fixed the Painted Valleys not having 1/1/1 stats. It is now colonisable.
- Fixed the GOT_RELIGION events not accounting for the changes in religion mechanics

- Switched House Reyne core/history to Castamere, and House Moreland to Tarbeck Hall
- Added icon mechanic (with options) to Old Gods, Drowned God, and Lion of the Night religions. Requires Third Rome DLC to see.
- Added Native types, and added them properly to all non-occupied provinces at game start
