Hotfix to the mod apparently not having content at all (I had the audacity to tab out whilst it was installing, which for some reason borks the whole process).

Added Renegade Heavy Combat Helmet, Captain's Cap and Special Rig, overhauled Heavy Combat Shotgun (is now Renegade Combat Shotgun, has better sprites and sounds), a few minor cosmetic adjustments to rigs, made common pistols 1 handed again.
