Added Armor-Piercing ammunition for most pistol calibers and 5.56x45mm rifles to keep weapons chambered in such calibers competitive within later segments of the campaign or a multiplayer mission/sandbox session.

Alien Weapon & talent weapon balance (Alien weapons are now mostly bag slot restricted, Veteran Hand Cannon now does more damage and fires slightly faster).

Vanilla weapon adjustments (Assault Rifle, Hand Cannon, Autoshotgun), made them more competitive against new weapons added.
