- New game rule: sandbox mode. Choose cycle phase on demand. Change other rulers cycles by switching characters.
- Pioneers now get event troops and are much stronger
- Total collapse is now much less likely to happen
- New casus belli for pioneers and all steppe rulers. Let's you invade duchies at a much lower cost
- New decisions: take actions to survive crisis
