[Both Sentry Guns]

- Should no longer error when killing NPCs

[Friendly Sentry Gun]

- Now should target NPCs that is an enemy to the player or the resistance.

[Hostile Sentry Gun]

- Now should target NPCs that is an enemy to the combine.
- If the player has "Ignore Players" enabled, the hostile sentry gun will no longer shoot the player.
